    • Look at the availability of Tessies House.  It is essentially the same property with one extra bedroom.  It might be available when Fairstar is already booked
  • Minimum Stay
    • There is usually a minimum stay of  2 nights and 3 nights for some weekends
    • Hot Rod Weekend and Easter might have longer minimum stays.  
    • Christmas school holidays is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 2 nights could be 5 nights – ring to enquire
  • If we are already booked for your dates
    • Look at the availability of Tessies House.  It is essentially the same property with one extra bedroom.  It might be available when Fairstar is already booked
  • Suitable for
    • Up to 4 guests and their pets (see separate Pets page)
  • House Rules
    • Curries are not to be cooked or reheated in the property due to pervasive and lingering odours.  Similarly no smoking
    • Only guests booked and paid for are permitted to stay.  Immediate eviction for all guests with no refunds will be applied
