    • This property is booked for you and only you. You have full run of the whole house - kitchen, full laundry with family size washing machine & dryer, back garden, everything.
    • It can be taken as -
      1 bedroom with ensuite
      2 bedrooms each with private bathrooms or
      3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
      There is a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom - including children over 2 years of age.
    • Bedroom access is determined by your selection when booking. This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space. You will have the home to yourself and bedrooms/bathrooms not booked and paid for will be locked and unavilable for use. As we are unable to open and close bedrooms mid-stay open bedrooms are charged for the full stay 
    • Once you have booked chat with us to find the perfect configuration for your group e.g. king size beds or two long king singles
  • Minimum Stay
    • There is usually a minimum stay of  2 nights and 3 nights for some weekends
    • Hot Rod Weekend and Easter might have longer minimum stays.  
    • Christmas school holidays is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 2 nights could be 5 nights – ring to enquire
  • Suitable for
    • Couples., families & groups of friends and their pets (see separate Pets page)
  • House Rules
    • Curries are not to be cooked or reheated in the property due to pervasive and lingering odours.  Similarly no smoking
    • Only guests booked and paid for are permitted to stay.  Immediate eviction for all guests with no refunds will be applied
