  •  Sleep
    • Four bedrooms have king size beds; one bedroom has two long king single beds
    • Office - fitted with a desk, office chair, etc it is also suitable as a Nursery or room for an infant to sleep.  Bring your own Portacot
    • All beds are fitted with quality linen & crisp white sheets. New 5 blanket doonas & cotton blankets are provided.
  • Bathe
    • Two ensuites have a full size bath together with a separate walk-in shower.
    • The remaining three ensuites have a walk in shower.
    • All bathrooms come with complimentary, exclusive toiletries & fluffy towels

    • Huge open plan living area furnished with comfortable, quality leather lounge suite, wide screen Smart TV, DVD player and DVD collection, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, games, jigsaws, etc

    • There is a specific office set up with a desk and free WiFi.
  • Nursery
    • The office is set up in such a way that a portacot will fit in. No need to squeeze it into your bedroom or have it set up in the loungeroom
    • We can also provide baby sitting details as we have a qualified babysitter.
  • Outside
    • Huge saltwater pool - the largest private pool in Bright - in a professionally landscaped garden
    • Al fresco undercover dining for 10 in a private fenced garden, BBQ, salt water pool, off street, parking for up to 5 cars
  • Cycling
    • Cyclists are welcome. 
    • We have a lockable bike shed fitted with electric power points to charge electric bikes
  • Rates
    • Click on the Bookings & Enquiries button at the top of this screen to see Availability and Tariffs
    • Basic rates are inclusive with 4 bedrooms/ensuites of your choice for up to 8 guests. You choose the bedding you want; either kings or twins.  If you wish to use the  5th bedroom/ensuite the tariff increases by $50 per night  - whether 1 or 2 guests.  Otherwise it will be locked off and unavailable for use.  As we are unable to open and close bedrooms mid-stay open bedrooms are charged for the full stay
    • Please note: the 3 bedroom option is sometimes available during standard, off peak times.  Please ring to enquire
    • There is a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom and 10 guests, including children, in 5 bedrooms.
  • Pets
    • Pets are welcome - inside and out as we have polished concrete floors.  The back garden is fully fenced.  There is a dog park at the end of the street.  The Ovens River is 200 metres away with miles of car free riverside walks.  Council regulations only permit a maximum of 2 pets.  The pet tariff is $100 per pet per stay - not per night.  This is to cover the extra cleaning costs as the house is so large.
    • There is only one proviso.  Pets cannot be left unattended for long periods - 3 hours maximum.  If you go out they must go with you.  Doggysitting is available - please enquire when you book.

  • Minimum stay
    • The minimum stay is usually 2 or 3  nights. Exceptions  are Easter 5 nights, some school holidays and local events.. Christmas fortnight is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 2 nights could be 7 nights – ring to enquire - 0408 476 046
  • Suitable for
    • Set up for the quiet enjoyment of groups of up to 10 guests (including children) with a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom.
  • Not suitable for
    •  The property is absolutely not a party house or suitable for weddings or noisy gatherings.  The owners live next door and are on hand to help you if needed.  Otherwise you will not see them.   Evictions have been, and will continue to be, enforced. 
    • Save embarrassment for everyone and please book elsewhere if you intend to party
  • House Rules
    • Curries are not to be cooked or reheated in the property due to pervasive and lingering odours.  Similarly no smoking
    • Only guests booked and paid for are permitted to stay.  Immediate eviction for all guests with no refunds will be applied.
