• Stress free holidays - for example we do not have carpet - either polished concrete or wooden floors
• Leather, easy clean furniture
• Our location is unsurpassed being close to everywhere but hidden away in a quiet court
• Huge dog park 100m away
• Ovens River with swimming holes and miles of riverside walks 150m away
• Walk into town along the river - about 10 minutes walk
• We give you complete lists of pet friendly restuarants, places to visit and walks

They are your family and we delight in having them stay with us.

One proviso re dogs. 

• To minimise disturbance to other guests, under no circumstances are dogs to be left alone for long periods of time – either in the property or in the garden.  Day or night. 
• Assuming your pet is not a barker or howler, two to three hours is fine while you go for bike ride, etc but for longer periods when you go out they must go with you unless they are being doggy sat. 
• Doggy sitting is available  should you need it.  Please enquire when you book.

 Unfortunately, due to our abundant, and quite tame, birdlife we are unable to have cats stay - sorry
