With up to 5 luxurious bedrooms each with it's own ensuite bathroom Fairlight will be sure to please.
Newly renovated it comes complete with a salt water pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Fairlight can be taken as a 4 bedroom/4 ensuite property or as a 5 bedroom/5 ensuite property.
Always included is a separate Nursery/Office

Basic rates are inclusive with 4 bedrooms/ensuites of your choice for up to 8 guests. You choose the bedding you want; either kings or twins. If you wish to use the 5th bedroom/ensuite the tariff increases by $50 per night - whether 1 or 2 guests. Otherwise it will be locked off and unavailable for use. As we are unable to open and close bedrooms mid-stay open bedrooms are charged for the full stay
Please note: the 3 bedroom option is sometimes available during standard, off peak times. Please ring to enquire
There is a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom and 10 guests, including children, in 5 bedrooms.
Pets are welcome - inside and out as we have polished concrete floors. The back garden is fully fenced. There is a dog park at the end of the street. The Ovens River is 200 metres away with miles of car free riverside walks. Council regulations only permit a maximum of 2 pets. The pet tariff is $100 per pet per stay - not per night. This is to cover the extra cleaning costs as the house is so large.
There is only one proviso. Pets cannot be left unattended for long periods - 3 hours maximum. If you go out they must go with you. Doggysitting is available - please enquire when you book.
The minimum stay is usually 2 or 3 nights. Exceptions are Easter 5 nights, some school holidays and local events.. Christmas fortnight is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 2 nights could be 7 nights – ring to enquire - 0408 476 046
Set up for the quiet enjoyment of groups of up to 10 guests (including children) with a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom.
The property is absolutely not a party house or suitable for weddings or noisy gatherings. The owners live next door and are on hand to help you if needed. Otherwise you will not see them. Evictions have been, and will continue to be, enforced.
