There are no other guests staying on the property so peace, privacy and tranquility are absolutely assured.

The two bedroom stand alone property is surrounded by its own fully fenced, private, mature garden. 

Every room is filled with light and all windows look out onto your own magnificent garden.  The ceilings are high and the whole ambience is of space, light and quality.

Peaceful walking is guaranteed with the Ovens River and miles of car-free riverside walks at the end of the street.

There is also a huuuge dog park 5 houses away.

The property is only suitable for adults & their pets.  Unfortunately children and babies are unable to stay.

  • $295 per night Sunday – Thursday
  • $325 per night – Friday & Saturday
  • $325 per night - April & School Holidays
  • $395 – Peak periods – see below
  • Pets $40 per stay (not per night).  Maximum 2 pets
  • Rates are for the first two guests.  Additonal guests are $30 per person per night

Minimum stay

  • Two nights except for Long Weekends & Local Events - 3 nights
  • Melbourne Cup - 4 nights
  • Easter – 5 nights
  • Christmas fortnight is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 2 nights, could be 5 nights.  Ring to enquire
